Thermal MyZeno Acne Treatment Versus topical treatment of acne
Is this the future treatment of acne?
In your quest for the best acne treatment, you may have crossed the electronic devices such as MyZeno that zaps zits with a burst of heat. All this seems very science-fiction, I agree. When I saw the gadget MyZeno it reminds me more of an attachment of a Star Trek solution for serious acne.
However, it does have clinically proven results and is also supported by professionals medical. But the question to one million dollars is, how is it effective as long-term treatment of acne?
The point I'm to convey is that I do not dispute the results or its clinical effectiveness. However, I do not think this is a long – term because it fails to address the root cause. In addition, the cost of using MyZeno it is very high.
Cost of treatment
Let's the highlight (sorry for the pun unintended) on the cost.
MyZeno claims it takes 1-2, figures (thermal pulses) to treat one place, pimple zit or over 24 hours. A 90-count tip costs $ 35. This means that each item, button or zit cost about $ 0.3 billion to remove, plus of course the dollar of $ 100 for the electronic device.
Not only the cost extent, but as the time required to handle each individual task, button or zit, which MyZeno claims to be two and a half minutes.
Short Term treatment only
MyZeno or other electronic devices of this type can only treat existing stains. However, they can not prevent new outbreaks because they do not treat the cause. This means that the patient will be penalized by the rising costs of treating acne.
My opinion
MyZeno is ideal for those who need to get rid of the button here and there very quickly. However, if you want to try to treat mild acne with this. I recommend this is used in conjunction with a topical treatment that helps prevent acne outbreaks. Of course, this will help limit some substantial costs.
